These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peakstone Content Engine application operated by Peakstone Innovations LLC.
Peakstone Content Engine is an automated content scheduling and publishing tool that allows authorized users to publish video content to their TikTok accounts.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize our application to publish content on your behalf according to the schedule and content you configure. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
You are responsible for all content published through our service. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You must have the right to publish any content you submit.
You retain ownership of all content you publish through our service. We claim no ownership over your content.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to content publishing failures or account restrictions imposed by TikTok.
We may terminate or suspend access to our service at any time. You may stop using the service and revoke authorization at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
