These Terms of Service govern your use of the Peakstone Content Engine platform and related services operated by Peakstone Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Peakstone Content Engine is a social media management platform that enables authorized businesses to schedule, manage, and publish content to third-party social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. We act as an intermediary tool and do not own or control content published through our platform.
To use our services, you must authorize our application to access your social media accounts through official OAuth protocols provided by each platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You represent that you have the authority to connect and manage the social media accounts linked to our platform.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through our platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of each social media platform. We do not review, endorse, or assume liability for user-generated content.
You agree not to use our platform to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. You agree not to attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or platform guidelines of any connected social media service.
Our service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) through their official APIs. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or service availability.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use OAuth tokens to access your social media accounts on your behalf and do not store your social media passwords. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting your account.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peakstone Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and we will delete your stored data within 30 days, except as required by law. You may revoke our access to your social media accounts at any time through each platform's settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
